Return and Exchange Policy
At Proper Rebeel, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges according to the policy below.
Returns
Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on Proper Rebel Hats.
How to Return
Email us at properrebelsapparel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions for shipping your item back.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
If the desired item is out of stock, you may choose a store credit or refund instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund it immediately.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking.
